מדיניות פרטיות — AllDogs
מה נאסף
- חשבון: מזהה ספק התחברות (Apple / Google), אימייל אם נמסר, שם תצוגה אופציונלי.
- כלבים: שם, גזע, משקל, שבב (פרטי בלבד), תמונה אם הועלתה.
- מיקום: רק לפי הרשאה — לדיווח סכנה, SOS, ולמפת פעילות אנונימית רק אם הפעלתם אותה. נקודות פעילות נמחקות אחרי 24 שעות.
- מדיה: תמונות סכנה / כלב / מסמכים. מסמכים רפואיים נשמרים באחסון פרטי ונפתחים בקישור זמני בלבד.
- בריאות והוצאות: רשומות שאתם שומרים.
- רכישות: סטטוס Premium אחרי אימות מול החנות.
- התראות: מזהה התראות של המכשיר, נמחק בהתנתקות.
- סטטיסטיקת שימוש: אירועים טכניים (מסך נפתח, פעולה הצליחה / נכשלה) עם מזהה פנימי בלבד — בלי אימייל, שם, טלפון או מיקום מדויק.
מה לא מוצג לציבור
- שבב, טלפון, שם בעלים.
- זהות מדווח סכנה.
- מיקום כלב אבוד מוצג כאזור בלבד, לא כנקודה מדויקת.
עיבוד AI
תמונות מסמכים נשלחות לעיבוד בשרת שלנו (Google Gemini) לחילוץ שדות. התוצאה מוצגת לכם לאישור לפני שמירה.
שיתוף עם ספקים
אחסון מסד נתונים, אחסון קבצים, ספקי התחברות, חנויות האפליקציות, שירות התראות וניתוח נתונים בענן. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.
הזכויות שלכם
מחיקת חשבון מלאה: בפרופיל ← הגדרות ← "מחיקת חשבון", או כאן. לעיון או ייצוא: פנו אלינו.
הסכמה למיקום ולנוכחות
נוכחות במפה כבויה כברירת מחדל ודורשת הסכמה מפורשת בפרופיל. אפשר לבטל בכל רגע; הפעילות מוצגת רק כאזור מצטבר של לפחות 3 אנשים, וחשבונות חדשים מאוד אינם נספרים.
סטטיסטיקה בשרת שלנו
אירועי שימוש נשלחים ל-API של AllDogs ונשמרים בטבלת ניתוח (BigQuery) שלנו, ללא שירותי מעקב של צד שלישי וללא תוכן אישי.
מסמכים רפואיים פרטיים
קבצי בריאות נשמרים באחסון פרטי, גלויים רק לכם, ונפתחים בקישור זמני.
דיווח וחסימה
אפשר לדווח על תוכן או משתמש ולחסום משתמש. דיווחים נבדקים על ידינו, ותוכן פוגעני מוסר.
גיל
השירות מיועד לבני 16 ומעלה.
מחיקת חשבון
מחיקת חשבון מוחקת את החשבון, הכלבים, הרשומות, המסמכים והתמונות ומזהי ההתראות. מחיקה אינה מבטלת מנוי בחנות - יש לבטלו בהגדרות החנות.

AllDogs Privacy Policy
Data we collect
- Account: sign-in provider ID (Apple / Google), email if provided, optional display name.
- Dogs: name, breed, weight, microchip (private), photo if uploaded.
- Location: only with permission — for hazard reports, SOS, and the anonymous activity map only if you turn it on. Activity points are deleted after 24 hours.
- Media: hazard / dog / document photos. Medical documents are stored privately and opened via short-lived links only.
- Health and expense records you save.
- Purchases: Premium status after store verification.
- Notifications: device push token, removed when you sign out.
- Usage statistics: technical events (screen opened, action succeeded / failed) with an internal id only — no email, name, phone or exact location.
Never shown publicly
- Microchip, phone, owner name.
- Identity of hazard reporters.
- Lost-dog location is shown as an area only, never an exact point.
AI processing
Document images are processed on our server (Google Gemini) to extract fields. You review the result before saving.
Processors
Database hosting, file storage, sign-in providers, app stores, push delivery and cloud analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → "Delete account", or here. For access or export, contact us.
Location and presence consent
Map presence is off by default and needs your explicit consent in your profile. You can withdraw at any time; activity is shown only as an aggregate area of at least 3 people, and very new accounts are not counted.
Analytics on our own servers
Usage events are sent to the AllDogs API and stored in our own analytics table (BigQuery), with no third-party tracking services and no personal content.
Private health documents
Health files are stored privately, visible only to you, and opened via a short-lived link.
Reporting and blocking
You can report content or a user and block a user. We review reports and remove abusive content.
Age
The service is intended for people aged 16 and over.
Account deletion
Deleting your account removes the account, dogs, records, documents, photos and push tokens. It does not cancel a store subscription - cancel it in your store settings.
